A local remote-controlled plane group is once again flying high after they were temporarily banned from a Cape Coral park. We found out what changes they made to get back up and running.

Carter banned the group from flying at Seahawk Park following a little brushfire sparked by a plane crash.

Tuesday, he accorded to lift the ban as long as sure safety adjustments by the R-Seahawks were made.
